Renowned conservative podcaster and ex-Fox News personality Dan Bongino revealed distressing news to his audience on Friday.
Bongino began his show by announcing to his listeners and viewers that he would be cutting it short due to the sudden passing of his mother.
“Folks, I’m going to end the show early today,” Bongino said.
“I’m going to tell you what happened last night because I’m having a bit of a rough time, as you can tell.
“I’m going to try to get through this unexpectedly.
“She fell down a flight of stairs.
“And I found out at about 4:43 in the morning.”
Bongino continued to express how the encounter had deeply affected him in various aspects as he grappled with his sorrow.
“For those of you who don’t believe in God, I’m not here to judge you,” he said.
“But I want to tell you something.
“I want to tell you in advance, I’m not crazy, o.k.?
“Someone grabbed me. Like hugged me. Like a mom.”
“I’m telling you, it was real. I actually jumped up.
“I know it sounds crazy, but I was looking for my gun.
“And I started looking around the house…” he told listeners.
“She called me Danny, the only one, no one else on planet Earth besides my mom.
“Calls me Danny, and now no one else does at all,” he recounted.
“As I sat this morning, in my own shower, hunched over, kind of crying a little bit, I’ve never believed more in the power of Jesus.”
Bongino then concluded: “I’ll let you guys know about the show tomorrow…but obviously, I have to bury her, and my brothers and I, so we got some stuff to take care of.”

Dreadful sorry, Dan. It’s one of the toughest things we face in life…the passing of our parents.
But, none of us escape it. The cycle of life.
But, keep in mind Sir, you are the product of your Mom’s wisdom! You are in spirit and deed, the one who carries on, with all the good and fairness she instilled in you…as did her mother, and her mother down the line.
I believe, with all my heart, that we are reunited with our loved ones in infinity.
Remember your Mother’s strength, and it will help you going forward. She prepared you for everything…including this.
Be strong, Brother.
God Bless you Dan, your Mother and family.
May she rest in peace Dan.
So sorry to hear the awful news Dan sending you love and blessings from England at this sad time. It’s one of he hardest things to go through as many of us know sadly.
But always remember you’ve gained an Angel.
Dan, you are not crazy. In the mid 50’s I lived in NJ. My grandmother passed away (up in ME.). My husband and I were sitting in bed reading when I distinctly heard grandma call my name, saying. “be good, Sissy”, (my nickname at the time). She and I had a very strong bond, and I adored her. I thought my husband would have heard it, but he heard nothing. That’s when I knew, even before my mother called to tell me. I told her the time grandma passed, and she checked it – I was right. Your mother had to let you know her last thoughts were of you. I am 89 yrs old now, but I know when my journey here is over, she’ll be waiting for me. Don’t ever let anyone make you believe you’re crazy. God is blessing you and loving you.
I’m so sorry for your loss Dan, I lost my mum, when I was young, so I know how you feel.
my thoughts are with you and your family.
I’m so sorry. My heart go out to you. May she rest in peace.
