Colorado Secretary of State Jena Griswold (D) announced that President Donald Trump will appear on the state’s Republican primary ballot after the Supreme Court took the case regarding his eligibility to be on the ballot.
The announcement from Griswold comes after the Colorado Supreme Court disqualified Trump from the ballot in a 4-3 decision on December 19.
Trump and the Colorado GOP appealed the decision to the Supreme Court, which agreed on Friday to hear the appeal.
Griswold began the day by posting on X, “Today, I will certify candidates to Colorado’s presidential primary ballot.”
