Woman Viciously Assaulted by Mob in Cincinnati Breaks Her Silence

The woman viciously assaulted during a mob attack in downtown Cincinnati has broken her silence — revealing not only the trauma of the incident but the stunning lack of response from elected officials in the aftermath.

Holly, a single working mother, was the second victim seen in a viral video of the brutal attack at West Fourth and Elm Street. After a white man was beaten to the ground by a group of Black individuals, Holly approached to help — only to be sucker punched, her head slammed onto the pavement, and left unconscious and bleeding.

‘Not One Politician Reached Out’

In a conversation with Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, Holly revealed that no local or state politicians — Democrat or Republican — had contacted her since the attack. The only official to speak with her was a single police detective.

“It’s unconscionable,” Ramaswamy said. “Not even an ambulance was available to take her to the hospital.”

Ramaswamy described Holly as a hard-working mother who was simply in the city to attend a friend’s birthday party — not a protest, not a rally, just a night out. Instead, she became the target of mob violence while dozens stood by.

Five Arrested, Identities Withheld

So far, five suspects have been arrested in connection with the brawl, but authorities have not released their names or charges. Police are still working to identify at least eight more individuals seen participating in or filming the attack.

Footage shows Holly being knocked out cold, her head bouncing off the concrete, while blood pooled near her face. The scene unfolded in front of traffic, yet only one person called 911, according to Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge.

Ramaswamy: “Zero Tolerance” as Governor

Ramaswamy vowed to make law and order a central plank of his campaign.

“Hard-working Americans shouldn’t have to worry for their safety just going out,” he said. “Our cops will have the green light to restore order — no apologies.”

He added that Holly is grateful for the prayers and support from across the country, and hopes the spotlight on her case pressures local leaders to clean up failing cities.

“Leftists like to lecture about ‘systemic injustice’ while thugs turn our cities into war zones,” Ramaswamy said. “I’m done with their excuses.”
