WEF Professor: Parents Must Apply for License to Have Children

A World Economic Forum (WEF) professor has declared that would-be parents must apply for a license from the government before giving birth to children.

According to Connor Kianpour from the WEF-funded University of Colorado Boulder, parents will need to prove that they accept the pro-pedophilia and transgender agenda of the globalist elite before being granted a license.

In his paper, headlined “The Kid’s Aren’t Alright: Expanding the Role of the State in Parenting,” the WEF official argues that the government should take over the primary responsibility for the raising of children.

This should pose no problems because biological parents have “no right” to raise their own children, he boldly asserts in the paper published in the Journal of Ethics & Social Philosophy.

“Individuals have no right to rear their biological children, nor do they have any interests weighty enough to justify a right to rear children generally,” Kianpour states.

“Since these rights do not exist, regulated parenting policies cannot be said to jeopardize them.”

Harbingersdaily.com reports: Because there is no right for a parent to raise his or her own children, then the state does not require any “special justification” to institute and enforce a “parental licensing scheme,” he says.

In short, under Kianpour’s view, parents who do not obtain governmental approval would be faced with having the state kidnap their children.

To obtain a license from the government to rear children, Kianpour envisions a series of requirements, including testing to determine whether the prospective licensees have government-approved views on a range of issues.

“Certain individuals are unfit to rear children because they are objectionably intolerant of certain backgrounds and ways of life,” he writes.

In particular, he regards unquestioned support for sodomy and homosexuality as a prerequisite for being allowed to parent.

“Strongly homophobic individuals are unfit to rear children,” Kianpour claims, arguing that racists, sexists, and others who are “intolerant” should all be weeded out as parents through viewpoint testing and “parental licensing.”

Ironically, Kianpour’s words prove he is a bigot who is objectively intolerant of Christians, Muslims, Orthodox Jews, and billions of people worldwide who do not share his fringe views on homosexuality.

He is also intolerant of people who might be affiliated with unnamed “organizations that would give us reason to believe they are objectionably intolerant,” and therefore, ineligible to be parents.

To determine whether parents would be allowed to raise their own children, Kianpour argues that government officials should develop “standards” for “parental competency.”

The government would then evaluate whether particular individuals “meet these standards, and prevent those who do not meet these standards from rearing children.”

In a devastating takedown of Kianpour’s totalitarian fantasies, pro-family leader Kimberly Ells highlights the implications and danger of this sort of escalating extremism.

“If taken seriously, Kianpour’s ideas could seismically disrupt the functioning of families and therefore, the functioning of the world,” wrote Ells, author of The Invincible Family.

Unfortunately, while it may sound unhinged to normal people, the sort of world advocated by Kianpour is closer than most would like to realize.

“We are not light years away from something like this being enacted,” she explains, pointing to recent legislation in liberal states.

“In fact, a potent version of this scheme is already being propelled forward by transgender activism.”

Kianpour, who appears to have been mooching off taxpayers his entire adult life in pursuit of degrees from government-funded institutions, has abhorrent views that are certainly on the fringe.

However, as Ells suggests, the would-be PhD is part of a broader movement within academia to delegitimize parental rights and ultimately destroy the family.

Other more prominent totalitarians in academia are making similar arguments. Law Professor James Dwyer of William and Mary College, for instance, purports to “debunk” parental rights while arguing for the state to totally take over.

“The reason that parent-child relationship exists is because the state confers legal parenthood on people through its paternity and maternity laws,” claimed Dwyer.

The push to sideline parents also comes as more and more tax-funded “academics” advocate for the “right” of children to have sex with adults.

As The Newman Report documented in 2020, this abhorrent position advocating for the legalization of child rape is being openly peddled in “research” and papers by a growing number of university luminaries mooching off taxpayers. It goes back decades.

But make no mistake: These deranged individuals can be extremely dangerous. In fact, throughout human history, people trying to separate children from parents have always had evil intentions. Whether motivated by perversion such as Alfred Kinsey or by totalitarian impulses like Hitler and Stalin, these would-be tyrants represent a mortal danger to children, families, and civilization itself.

Kianpour did not respond to questions sent by email and social media: “Do you have children? Did you have bad parents and a bad childhood? Can you give an estimate of how much money taxpayers have spent to support your academic pursuits? How do you respond to accusations that evildoers (perverts, totalitarians, etc) are typically those seeking to remove children from the protection of their parents?”

Kianpour’s unhinged ramblings are powerful evidence that it is time to fundamentally rethink taxpayer funding for the grotesque farce that is modern “academia.”

Without a steady flow of money looted from productive citizens by governments, totalitarians and weirdos seeking access to others’ children would have to find a productive way to make a living. Now that would help safeguard society and children.

Ken Ham, Founder and CEO of Answers In Genesis, in his article, “Who ‘Owns’ Children?” wrote:

Who “owns” the children—parents or the government? In our day and age, many involved in western government believe it’s the government that owns kids. Many believe they know what is best for children and think they should get to dictate what children learn—and parents are just in the way of accomplishing the state’s goals. And that shouldn’t surprise us because how you answer the question of “Who owns the children?” depends on your starting point and the worldview you build that’s based on that starting point.

If you reject God and his Word, then anything goes—there’s no absolute standard on which to base your thinking. In this view, children are just biological machines, the product of millions of years of evolution. They aren’t given to parents—they are just a “choice” parents made.

But when we start with God’s Word, we learn that children are a gift from God—given to parents. He has given parents authority over their children and the responsibility of training, teaching, and raising children. They are not just “choices,” nor are they the government’s responsibility—children are parent’s responsibility because God gave children to their parents to train them up for Him.

You see, the family unit didn’t evolve. God created the family when he created marriage (Genesis 1:27 and 2:24) and told the first couple to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 1:28). He entrusted children to parents to raise them in accord with the principles he has laid down for us in his Word (e.g., Psalm 127:3).

You don’t have to be religious to see how wrong such a view of human existence is.

From top to bottom the WEF must be dissolved permanently. They are the enemy of the world population and they exempt themselves from most of their pitiful and harmful dictums. Arrest the leaders and show them no mercy.

At some point all of these WEF people need to be arrested and point into a nice camp where they can show the world their perfect world of peace. Which won’t happen because vile evil control-freak insane narcissists are anything but peaceful people

To allow amoral, unelected, Marxist-leaning persons determine the “competency” of parents is immoral, unlawful, incompetent and dangerous. This is eugenics which has proven to be more destructive than constructive. Never forget: WWII Germany!

I know; but that was a simple act of Congress, not a Constitutional Amendment, Valentine’s day 1871, except the Senate, which as a Constitutional Amendment to rip away from the states’ legislatures (17th A).

These people are clearly from another planet. What person in their right mind would ask permission from the WEF to have a child. I know now why in Canada at least they are pushing the MAID program so far. People would rather die than to live like this

Ya right! Pray to stop evil that god allowed to exist!

“Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing?
Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?”

How little you understand. To pray He stop the evil now would be to pray against His will, ergo useless; that option is passed. This must play out as prophesied now. He is neither unwilling nor unable, but it’s not yet the time He set forth to do so; first must come the judgment and it’s execution on sinful and unrepentant humanity.

Yes. Right now He is allowing the evil-doers to fill the up of His wrath to the brim, by their own choices, so that when His judgment is unleashed on their unrepentant and evil deeds, they cannot claim innocence or ignorance. Do you not understand that the 70th week of yrs of Daniel’s prophecy and Revelation are about the coming judgment? That te 1world gov’t and religion and economy are the Satanic reign of anti-Christ?

GOD granted man free will. He wants all mankind to come to the knowledge of the truth and to turn to Him for salvation through Jesus Christ. Eve and Adam ate the forbidden fruit. They were created to live forever but they sinned against God. We pray “Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.” We don’t pray to end evil, we pray that people will stop sinning and seek God for forgiveness and eternal life with Him in Heaven.

Many so called “Chosen People” dropped to their knees and prayed just before their heads were cut off in Israel.

They did no wrong and did not deserve death.

If real, God is a sick hypocrite and YOU are dangerously naive!

Is this story satire? It is hard to believe that it can be true of western countries. I remember when China had the one-child policy and killed people who dared to have more. It is so evil it is hard to comprehend

Satire is poking fun at t6he powers that be. This is not satire. The WEF is for real. Over 100 major cities in the world have signed on to their evil 15-minute city concept that is really designed to force all rurl people into small cities so they can be massacre3d at will. The leaders of most countries in th world support the WEF which has become a de facto arm o0f the UN. The WHO which is also part of the UN is demanding countries cede sovereignty over all health relat6ed matters to WHO. Scum like John Kerry the Biden Climate Czar is demanding tat food production cease and net-zero really means world-wide mass starvation. No, it is not satire.

The son of one of the founders of the WEF is trying to get them, along with the WHO and UN, banned from having their head offices in Switzerland, he also said in an article they all have diplomatic immunity.
These people have infiltrated every Western government for sure, whether they have their servants in other countries is unsure, but I think they will have.
The big push by these ‘NGO’s’ is getting desperate for them now because they are afraid more and more people are catching onto their plans, Anal Scwaub admitted it the other week.

I saw that he called for their arrest, but it wasn’t clear who should/could arrest them. As far as I’m concerned, arrest is too good for them. One day very soon I hope a movie is made called, “15 Seconds Over Geneva”, based on a true event. Who knows what madmen like these will unleash when other go to foil their plot. There is another article telling us that there will be pandemics for the next 10 years. For the moment, I think the best thing we can all do is to spread the word and try to convince people that the threats are real and not some theory or a science fiction flick.

Just what would they base permission on? Looks? Color of skin? DNA? Intelligence? Obedience? I don’t think they’ve ever followed a thought through to its conclusion or maybe like everything else they’ve come up with, there lay a hidden (and inhumane) motive.

I don’t think they have ever watched a nature program on how animals will die before letting their young be taken.
In the animal kingdom, humans are top of the food chain, your weaselly words of ‘ownership of children’ mean nothing to a parent protecting their child.
China’s ‘one-child policy’ was a crackpot idea by people like the idiots in the WEF, even China has admitted that.
Don’t be fooled Mr WEF, I ain’t Chinese, so give it your best shot at coming after our children.

Don’t imagine that this may not sometime become a reality. And, if it does, it will be but another of the 100s of 1000s of consequences of the whirlwind today’s America is reaping thanks to the wind sown by 1787 cadre of Enlightenment and Masonic theistic rationalists (aka constitutional framers) when they replaced the Bible’s immutable/unchanging moral law with their own capricious man-made traditions (aka the biblically seditious Constitution):

“[B]ecause they have … trespassed against my law … they have sown the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind….” (Hosea 8:1, 7)

Today’s America is reaping the inevitable ever-intensifying whirlwind resulting from the wind sown by the constitutional framers and fanned by today’s hoodwinked Christians and patriots who have been bamboozled into believing today’s whirlwind can be dissipated by appealing to the wind responsible for spawning the whirlwind.

For evidence that Constitution is biblically seditious, see free online book “Bible Law vs. the United States Constitution: The Christian Perspective,” in which every Article and Amendment is examined by the Bible, at Bible versus Constitution dot org.
