Senator Tom Cotton was on Fox News this morning and made a great point about Joe Biden’s pardon of his son Hunter, explaining why the senior Biden may come to regret giving Hunter such an expansive pardon.

In short, Cotton points out that because of the pardon, Hunter can no longer plead the Fifth when he’s asked to testify by Congress or other agencies. He will have to testify because that protection from testifying is now gone.
So I guess that means if Hunter refuses to honor a congressional subpoena or obstructs in some other way, he can be prosecuted for that. At least in the next four years…
