Pete Hegseth has been getting questions in his Senate confirmation hearing about his comments about women in combat roles with Democratic Senators smearing his position on the issue.
In Senator Tom Cotton’s exchange with Hegseth, both of them helped to clarify exactly what the issue is related to women in combat roles and exactly why the standards of physical fitness must be very high for everyone.
