Leftist Aaron Rupar was mocking a video of Trump today from a sit-down he did in Pennsylvania.
During the interview, Trump talked about steel and why he imposed big tariffs on steel companies in China that were “dumping” steel.
Rupar claims it sounds like the ramblings of a drunk man.
However, that’s the furthest thing from the truth.
I listened to it and it’s actually quite coherent.
Trump makes perfect sense to the point he’s making about the need for American-made steel.

Others were quick to point out that Rupar was wrong and his smear attack soon backfired.
Verad Meta responded to Rupar saying:
“Not only is this not a rant, it’s a pretty coherent explanation of why Trump (and a lot of voters) support tariffs.
“It’s this sort of thing that got him into the White House once, almost kept him in it, and might put him back again. “Ranting”? Seriously, WTF?”
