Elon Musk said yesterday that he’d like to take some of the money they are saving though the efforts of DOGE, maybe 20%, and give it back to the American people as a dividend payment in the form of a check.
President Trump was asked about the idea last night and said he loves it, calling it a ‘great idea’ and suggesting it would give people incentive to report things to the federal government on how they could save more money.

I ain’t gonna lie, it would be nice to see some of this money returned to the taxpayer. But I’m not going to hold my breath that this will happen anytime soon.
