Watch: Motorcyclist Arrested for ‘Reckless Stunts’ in Front of Police

A motorcyclist in Pueblo, Colorado learned the hard way that reckless stunts in front of police don’t end well, after officers caught him and two others performing dangerous maneuvers on public roads.

According to KKTV, the incident occurred last month and involved a group of three motorcyclists who were blocking traffic, doing wheelies, and standing on their seats, prompting a flurry of complaints from concerned citizens.

Caught on Camera, Tackled at Stoplight

As seen in police dashcam footage shared by Fox News, the group continued their dangerous behavior until a stoplight, when officers moved in. Police tackled one of the riders, placing him in handcuffs on the spot as the other two fled the scene.

“NO DUDE, DON’T DO THIS,” the rider pleads after realizing he’s about to lose more than his freedom.

One officer sternly informed the rider that they had dashcam footage of the entire stunt spree and that his motorcycle would be impounded as a public nuisance.

“It’s a Minibike, I Hardly Ever Ride That Thing”

The rider whined and begged officers not to tow the bike, repeatedly downplaying the incident:

“No, dude. Please don’t do this. It’s a minibike, I hardly ever ride that thing.”

But officers weren’t swayed. They explained the bike would be sent to storage and held—with daily fees—for six months, meaning the reckless rider would now face a hefty financial penalty along with criminal charges.

Police: “You Put Everyone in Danger”

In the video, police made clear that public safety was their top priority. The officer told the rider:

“We’re not trying to make your life harder, but you put everyone in danger. You need to suffer the consequences.”
