Mark Zuckerberg has been in the news in the last day for saying they are dumping their current fact-checking system for a new community version.
While on with Joe Rogan, he admitted that X has done fact-checking far better than he did on Facebook, saying:
“I think just did it better than us on fact-checking… What has done with Community Notes is just a better program rather than a small number of fact-checkers, you get the whole community to weigh in.”

I”m glad they’ve finally seen the light.
Since it appears this isn’t going to change, I’ll go ahead and tell you that Facebook disabled my account due to a mistake on their end. Somehow they associated my Facebook account with someone else’s instagram account which violated their policies and they disabled my account over it. I have no recourse because I can’t even log in to dispute it and they have no way of contacting them to tell them they made a mistake. It totally sucks, but this is why I’m no longer on Facebook.
