WATCH: Marine exposes how FEMA is blocking small trailers from being used in Western NC while people FREEZE

It’s about to get very cold in the mountains of western North Carolina – well below freezing – and people who have lost everything are still living in tents because FEMA won’t let all of these trailers be used because of floodplain rules.

Former Marine Matt McSwain, who has been flying supplies via helicopter into Asheville and other locations, explains what’s going on with this on Fox News and how he’s trying to get the problem rectified so that these tiny homes and trailers can be used to get these people out of the cold.

Watch:

In short, McSwain says FEMA has rules about putting temporary living structures on land that’s been designated a floodplain. However, McSwain says the entire area is a floodplain now and these rules must be lifted so they can get these people out of the cold.

He said one woman living in a tent had to fight off a bear because she had food in her tent. So it isn’t just about the cold, it’s about public safety as well.

McSwain said that he contacted Senator Ted Bud and he managed to get something on Biden’s desk about this. Hopefully it will make a difference but I’m telling you, the 20 degree and below temperatures are less than a week away.

This isn’t Biden; it’s FEMA, and local, bureaucrats!

Amish built “tiny” houses & trailers rejected over TENTS… Sounds like FEMA wants them all to die of exposure!
