A former federal employee recorded a video recounting the abuses she saw from federal employees who knew that it was nearly impossible for them to get fired.
And the abuses were compounded by remote working, which mean that many of them never worked at all. In fact, she says there’s an 80/20 rule in government work, meaning that 20% of the workforce would do all the work while the other 80% slack off.
She cites lots of examples of these abuses in the video below:
It’s sounds like there are a lot more people in government who need to be fired, especially if this 80/20 rule is true!
