Alex Stein, the viral media personality and unapologetic conservative firebrand, made headlines again Monday after interrupting a live MSNBC broadcast outside the Texas Capitol to deliver a blunt message to the liberal network:
“MSNBC sucks! MSNBC sucks! MSNBC sucks!”
The moment, captured live on national television, showed flustered staffers scrambling to push Stein off camera as he chanted in front of stunned NBC reporters. The incident quickly went viral on social media, earning praise from conservatives who have long viewed mainstream media as biased, activist-driven, and dishonest.
“MSNBC is the saddest excuse for a ‘news’ network,” Stein wrote in a post on X after the incident. “Telling them they suck on their own airwaves feels fantastic.”

Not Just a Media Stunt — Stein Testifies Before Lawmakers
Earlier in the day, Stein appeared before a Texas state legislative panel where he delivered a controversial and intentionally provocative testimony on transgender policies, particularly in the military, women’s sports, and public restrooms.
With his trademark blend of sarcasm and blunt delivery, Stein argued against current transgender policies, stating:
“Transgenders are some of the meanest people on planet Earth… They love to do mass shootings.”
He continued with cutting, hyperbolic commentary about the military:
“Maybe if you commit suicide, you can actually help us on the battlefield,” he said, referencing high suicide rates in the transgender community.
“We Don’t Want These Gargoyles in a Dress”
On the issue of transgender access to women’s restrooms, Stein was equally unfiltered:
“We don’t want these gargoyles in a dress trying to pee or poop next to my girlfriend,” he said.
“These are sexual perverts suffering from autogynephilia.”
He also added:
“Some of you lesbians want to come pee next to me? You’re more than welcome. Just don’t let the chicks with d*cks in the women’s room.”
A Known Quantity in Conservative Circles
Stein is the host of Prime Time with Alex Stein and has gained widespread recognition for crashing public events, city council meetings, and media broadcasts. While his style is often viewed as shock-jock politics, he has built a large following on the Right for his willingness to call out political correctness, media hypocrisy, and gender ideology in public spaces.
He’s a regular speaker at CPAC and other conservative gatherings, where he mingles with influencers, elected officials, and grassroots activists.
