CNN’s Dana Bash was harassed last night by pro-Hamas activists at a bookstore in Washington DC during an event promoting her new book.
Here’s the video:
CNN’s Dana Bash had her event, America’s Deadliest Election, at DC Bookstore, Politics and Prose, interrupted multiple times by pro-Palestine protesters who accused her of being complicit in genocide.
Bash’s response: “Take off your mask.”

Jake Tapper responded this morning claiming that she’s been targeted at her home and now this event because she’s a Jewish woman, calling the harassment antisemitism:
These protesters target Dana at her home and this event because she’s Jewish. There is nothing about her coverage of the Israel-Hamas war that is different from most other news coverage, covering both Jewish/Israeli and Palestinian pain.
This harassment is antisemitism. https://t.co/OcmgP00dPP
