Joe Biden’s Supreme Court pick just embarrassed herself with a complete garbage take on the case before the Supreme Court this morning on Tennessee’s law banning sex change surgeries for minors.
In this clip, Ketanji Brown Jackson actually compared an old statute in Virginia banning interracial marriages to banning transgender pretender hormones and surgeries for children.

KBJ says that the statute banning interracial marriage means “you can’t do something that is inconsistent with your own characteristics” and then says that’s “sort of the same thing” as banning sex change hormones and surgeries for children.
How in the world are these even remotely the same thing? First of all, this assumes that a child knows what they are doing when they agree to this madness of transgender pretender medicines and surgeries, which they clearly don’t. They are brainwashed by sick adults who are telling them things that are not true.
But more to the point, getting your body mutilated inside and out as a child is not the same thing as two adults agreeing to marriage. It’s a preposterous point made by an activist justice using leftist logic. And she embarrasses herself, the court, Joe Biden and all the Democrats who put her on the court with this nonsense.
Remember, this is the same woman who claimed she’s not a biologist when asked to define a woman in her confirmation hearings.
