It’s been reported this morning that the vote for President Trump’s nominee for FBI Director has been delayed another week. The delay is reportedly because of Democrats.
Here’s the news:
Dems delay Kash Patel’s FBI nomination vote on Senate Judiciary by one week. Patel still on path to get confirmed

The New York Post writes “Shortly after convening Thursday morning, Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee moved to place a hold on Patel, with Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) acknowledging that “the minority has exercised their right and my right under the committee rules to hold over the nomination of Kash Patel to lead the FBI.””
Of course. Democrats fear what Patel will do more than any of Trump’s nominees, because he’s going to drain the swamp. But they can’t delay him forever. And I’m pretty sure he will be nominated.
