Joe and Kamala’s hack DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas tells the victims in these hurricane-devastated areas that they are wrong about the federal government not doing enough to help them.
This condescending answer came after a reporter asked Mayorkas:
“…the sentiment from my colleagues on the ground from people is that the federal government is not doing enough to help. Where are they? Where is the help?”
Mayorkas essentially told them they are wrong, saying “We are there, we will continue to be there and we will reach the most difficult to access locations. We are relentless in our efforts…”

In other words, don’t believe your lying eyes!
I can tell you from what I hear is that from the National Guard to the SBI, state and local resources are absolutely there but I hear nothing about the federal government. In fact there’s a big military base in North Carolina that can help get to these inaccessible locations, but I hear nothing about them being ordered to help. Maybe that will change soon but so far I don’t think that’s the case.
