The union boss who is closing down all of the east coast and southeast ports, Harold Daggett, literally tells an interviewer “I will cripple you” if he doesn’t get what he wants.
According to reports he’s demanding a 77% pay increase over the next 6 years as well as a ban on automation at the ports.
He was offered a 50% increase for his men and refused it. So now the strike is full swing and the ports are closed.

According to reports Daggett makes over $700k per year and he’s wearing a $17k rolex on his arm in the interview. He’s the king of the castle and he’s going to make sure that we all feel pain if he doesn’t get big money for his union members.
