The other day President Trump said that the governor of Georgia was having trouble getting Joe Biden on the phone. The media went into quick action to ‘fact-check’ him:

NBC NEWS – Former President Donald Trump falsely claimed that Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp hasn’t been able to reach President Joe Biden to discuss Hurricane Helene’s impacts on his state.
“He has been calling the president, but has not been able to get him,” Trump said at a news conference at a furniture store in Valdosta, Georgia.
Yet earlier in the day Kemp, a Republican, said that he initially missed Biden’s call but that he called back and that the two were able to connect Sunday evening.
“He just said, ‘Hey, what do you need?’” Kemp told reporters. “And I told him, you know, we got what we need. We will work through the federal process.”
Kemp said Biden told him to call directly if he needed any additional resources. Kemp said he has “been playing phone tag” with Vice President Kamala Harris, the Democratic nominee for president, but praised the bipartisan response.
But Kemp told a reporter that he didn’t get Biden on the phone, but rather his Chief of Staff and the FEMA administrator:
Gov. Kemp says he was “outraged” that only 11 counties were included in the FEMA Disaster Declaration:
“We called the White House… and said… you’re sending the signal that you’re not paying attention to some of these rural communities.”

So there you go. Trump was right again and the media’s fact-checks are nothing but garbage.
I mean really, why was there a need to swoop in like they did to make it sound like Trump was lying? Because they hate him. They thought they had ironclad proof and so they used it to smear Trump, just like they always do.
