Top Senator Leaves Merrick Garland SPEECHLESS With This One Question

Senator John Kennedy from Louisiana raised concerns during a session with Attorney General Merrick Garland regarding the expiration of the statute of limitations on alleged tax crimes committed by Hunter Biden.

U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves, appointed by Biden, opted not to collaborate with special counsel David Weiss on the Hunter Biden case.

The case resulted in the statute of limitations running out for potential tax offenses in Washington D.C. linked to income from Burisma Holdings.

Senator Kennedy accused Hunter Biden of multiple tax crimes and questioned why the Department of Justice allowed the situation to reach a point where prosecution was no longer possible.
