Soros Group Behind Court Order Blocking Trump’s Deportation of Violent Illegals

A group funded by Alexander and George Soros’s far-left non-governmental organizations (NGOs) has been pulling the strings behind a major lawsuit blocking President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport criminal illegal immigrants to South Sudan.

Earlier this year, a lawsuit was filed against the Trump administration on behalf of illegal aliens with final deportation orders.

The groups behind the suit include Human Rights First, run by Alex Soros—George Soros’s second-youngest son.

According to the lawsuit, Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) permitting illegal aliens to be deported to third countries is “unlawful.”

Human Rights First is also behind a lawsuit to preserve former President Joe Biden’s parole pipeline for migrants.

The Soros network’s Open Society Foundations funneled a whopping $6.2 million into the coffers of Human Rights First between 2016 and 2021.

In 2021 alone, Open Society Foundations gave Human Rights First more than $2.3 million.

Last month, Biden-appointed Judge Brian Murphy issued a preliminary injunction blocking DHS from deporting illegal aliens to third countries without giving them adequate notice first.

So far, the Trump administration has deported eight illegal aliens—whose violent crimes include murder, rape, child sex crimes, and burglary—to South Sudan.

Murphy has ruled that Trump’s DHS violated his prior preliminary injunction by deporting these individuals and ordered the administration to provide them with “credible fear interviews.”

What’s more, the Soros groups are not just trying to stop the deportation of violent criminals—they are also attempting to thwart President Trump’s new anti-child-trafficking reforms.

The National Center for Youth Law and Democracy Forward—both of which have received funding from George Soros via the Open Society Foundations—have filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration in an attempt to block reform of the Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) program.

The UAC program resettles migrant children in the U.S. with adult sponsors if they arrive at the border without a parent or guardian.

A whistleblower at the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Tara Lee Rodas, described the UAC program as a “white glove delivery service” where migrant children move from federal custody to adult sponsors—many of whom are not parents or relatives.

She said:

“We have delivered these unaccompanied children to criminals, traffickers, and members of transnational criminal organizations who are using the UAC program as a white glove delivery service of children.”

Trump’s reforms, launched in February, aim to prevent migrant children from being turned over to illegal aliens residing in the U.S.

The Soros-backed NGOs have now filed a class-action lawsuit to stop HHS from verifying the legal status of sponsors before children are released to them.

They are urging a district court to rule the reforms unlawful and to issue an injunction halting their implementation.

Soros is behind everything to do with mass migration across the USA. UK and Europe, aided by the WEF, UN, and their other NGOs.
