Senator Bernie Moreno (R-OH) released disturbing photos Wednesday of Holly, the woman viciously beaten unconscious by a violent mob in downtown Cincinnati over the weekend. The graphic images show the extent of the sucker-punch attack, which left Holly motionless on her back, bleeding from the mouth, and sparked national outrage after video footage went viral.
The mob, reportedly consisting primarily of Black teens, also beat a white male victim unconscious. The FBI and DOJ’s Civil Rights Division are now investigating the attack.
“She Wanted a Night Out — She Got This”
“This is Holly. She wanted to have a nice evening out with friends. Instead, she got this,” Senator Moreno wrote on X.
In his post, Moreno blamed Democrat city officials for creating a lawless environment:
-
Mayor Aftab Pureval for issuing a “late/weak statement”
-
Police Chief Teresa Theetge for blaming social media
-
Prosecutor Connie Pillich for giving out $400 bail to suspects
-
Rep. Greg Landsman for staying silent while “posting about Ukraine”
-
Councilwoman Victoria Parks for mocking the victims, allegedly writing online: “They begged for that beat down!”
“Cincinnati is an amazing city. It deserves political leadership that matches the greatness of its citizens,” Moreno said.
“Holly gave me permission to release the photos so that others will never suffer what she did.”

Vivek Ramaswamy: “Unconscionable” Breakdown of Law and Order
Ohio gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy confirmed earlier this week that he spoke with Holly, describing her as a single working mom who was simply attending a birthday party.
“There were no police present. Not even an ambulance. Holly told me no state or local official reached out — only one detective,” Ramaswamy said.
“Leftists lecture about ‘systemic injustice’ while thugs turn our cities into war zones.”
Ramaswamy pledged to give law enforcement the green light to restore public safety without apologies.
Court: Suspects Face High Bail; Victim Reportedly Russian
During a court hearing Wednesday, three suspects were arraigned in connection with the attack. Prosecutors revealed the female victim — presumed to be Holly — is Russian and returned home the day after the incident.
At least two additional suspects are being sought. Authorities have not yet released the names of the latest individuals charged.
Viral Videos Fueled Public Outrage
Footage of the attack shows:
-
A white man being beaten to the ground by a group of assailants
-
Holly attempting to intervene before being punched from behind, her head slamming onto the pavement
-
Blood visibly streaming from her mouth as she lay unconscious
Screenshots from the video have since gone viral and ignited a national conversation about racially motivated violence, media silence, and the failure of Democrat-run cities to protect their citizens.
