President-elect Trump just announced on stage at Mar-a-lago his nominee for the Secretary of the Department of the Interior.
He has chosen former presidential nominee and Governor Doug Burgum for the position:
Speaking at his event at Mar-a-Lago, Trump just said that Doug Burgum will be the secretary of the Department of the Interior. He said he was going to announce it tomorrow, but then said he’ll announce it now instead.
