Powerball Winning Numbers Drawn for $1 Billion Jackpot

The Powerball jackpot has rolled over once again after no ticket matched all six numbers in Saturday’s $1 billion drawing.

The winning numbers were 3, 18, 22, 27, 33, and Powerball 17.

Jackpot Now at $1.10 Billion

With no grand prize winner, the jackpot has climbed to an estimated $1.10 billion, the third-largest in Powerball history.

The next drawing will take place on Monday, Labor Day.

Other Big Winners

Although the top prize went unclaimed, multiple players still struck it rich:

Three Match 5 + Power Play tickets won $2 million each.

Nine Match 5 tickets won $1 million each.

Payout Options

If a winner emerges in the next drawing, they can choose between:

A lump sum cash payment of about $498.4 million before taxes.

The full $1.10 billion annuity, paid out over 30 years, starting at $4.5 million and increasing annually by 5% to $18.7 million.

Jackpot Drought Continues

The Powerball jackpot has not been won since May 31, when a ticket in California claimed $204.5 million.

Since then, the prize has steadily grown during nearly three months of rollovers.

It needs to be skipped several more times before another SINGLE WINNER can win enough to buy all tickets and profit
