A physician’s assistant in obstetrics and gynecology has been terminated from a Philadelphia hospital after expressing a desire for deadly retribution against the daughters and grandchildren of voters who supported Donald Trump in the 2024 Presidential Election.
Nicole M. Hart issued a post on social media stating, “To every woman that voted for Trump, I hope your daughter has an ectopic pregnancy,” referring to a rare medical condition in which a fertilized egg grows on the exterior of a woman’s uterus. The condition can cause both the mother and child to die. Ectopic pregnancies are not considered viable pregnancies.
Jefferson Health Hospital in Philadelphia confirmed Friday that Hart has been terminated from her position. “We were made aware of social media comments that are inconsistent with our values. This individual is no longer employed by Jefferson Health,” the hospital said.

Medical professionals from across the nation united to condemn Hart’s remarks, asserting that she had violated the Hippocratic Oath, which is an oath of ethics that underscores the significance of ethical and professional standards in the treatment of patients and the practice of medicine.
An emergency room nurse rebuked Hart’s comments in a post on TikTok. The post garnered significant support from other medical professionals and women who had ectopic pregnancies, who commented that they had nearly died from the condition.
“What a terrible thing to say!! I’ve had 2 ectopic pregnancies and the tube was ruptured and I could have died. Nicole M Hart should be ashamed of herself. She shouldn’t even be a nurse,” a woman named Elaine wrote in the comments on the post.
The nurse who issued the post responded to Elaine, “She’s not a nurse, she’s a physician’s assistant. which means she can diagnose and treat patients similar to a dr.” Others chimed in on the post calling Hart “hateful” and “pure evil.”
Hart’s comments are in line with those of other left-leaning women who were led to believe by Democratic propaganda that Republican President-elect Donald Trump would revoke women’s rights in a second White House term. This has led to a series of erratic statements from Democrat women, including death threats directed at conservative women who declined to endorse Vice President Kamala Harris in the Nov. 5 presidential election.
