A statewide manhunt is in progress after a husband and wife were killed while hiking with their two daughters at Devil’s Den State Park in Arkansas.
At approximately 2:40 p.m. on Saturday, Arkansas State Police were alerted to a double homicide on a trail within Devil’s Den State Park.
The victims, identified as Clinton Brink, 43, and Cristen Brink, 41, were discovered dead on a walking trail.
Their daughters, ages 9 and 7, were found unharmed and are now in the care of relatives.
Suspect Details
Described as a White male, medium build
Last seen wearing:
- Long-sleeved shirt (sleeves rolled up)
- Dark pants
- Dark ballcap
- Sunglasses
- Fingerless gloves
He was carrying a black backpack
Seen driving a black, four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with tape covering the license plate
Location & Terrain
The crime occurred in a remote, rugged area of the park
Thick vegetation and no cellphone service reported in the vicinity
Possible suspect route: State Route 170 or 220

Law enforcement presence has been increased at state parks statewide

Police are asking anyone who visited Devil’s Den on Saturday to check photos or videos for potential sightings of the suspect or his vehicle
