  • Coronary artery disease

  • Parkinson’s disease with autonomic dysfunction

The certificate, submitted by his daughter Aimee Osbourne, recorded his occupation as:

Final Farewell

Osbourne’s death came just weeks after his farewell concert, a bittersweet moment for fans who followed his tumultuous but groundbreaking career spanning five decades.

Known for hits like Iron Man, Paranoid, and Crazy Train, Ozzy became not just a musical icon but a household name after starring in the MTV reality series The Osbournes in the early 2000s.

Legacy of a Rock Legend

Despite decades of health battles — including substance abuse, injuries, and Parkinson’s disease, which he publicly revealed in 2020 — Osbourne remained a larger-than-life figure who defied expectations and changed the face of rock music.

His impact on the genre, alongside Black Sabbath and his solo career, influenced generations of musicians, and earned him nicknames like the “Prince of Darkness.”
