Supporters have raised millions of dollars for the family of Charlie Kirk, and Turning Point USA has seen an unprecedented surge in new chapter requests.
The response comes after Erika Kirk, his widow, vowed Friday to continue her husband’s mission following his assassination.
Fundraising Effort
More than $4.6 million has been collected on GiveSendGo for Erika and her two young children.
The fundraiser was launched by ALP, which issued a statement about its purpose. ALP, founded in 2024 by Tucker Carlson, is a nicotine pouch brand.

Organizers called it one of the fastest-growing efforts in the platform’s history.
“Within hours of Charlie’s tragic death, friends and supporters had set up a campaign,” co-CEO Heather Wilson said.

Wilson added that crowdfunding has become a primary way Americans respond to crises.
TPUSA Chapter Surge
Turning Point USA reported 18,000 new chapter requests in less than 24 hours.
The group already had about 9,000 active chapters before the surge.
“This is the Turning Point,” one organizer wrote in a text shared on X.
In her address Friday, Erika pledged to continue her husband’s work.

“Our campus tour this fall will continue,” she said.
“There will be even more tours in the years ahead to come.”
National Response
Conservatives across the country praised Erika for her courage.
Her remarks inspired thousands to join Turning Point’s grassroots movement.
The rapid response highlighted Kirk’s lasting impact on young conservatives.
Funeral Plans
On Thursday, Vice President JD Vance escorted Kirk’s body on Air Force Two.
The casket was flown from Utah back to Arizona, his home state.
Erika and her children accompanied the motorcade upon arrival.
The family announced the funeral will be held Sunday, Sept. 21.
President Donald Trump confirmed he plans to attend.
He also said Kirk will receive the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously.
Kirk’s assassination shocked the nation but galvanized his movement.
Supporters believe Erika’s vow and the surge in chapters mark a new beginning.
