Multiple Trump rally goers experienced same severe symptoms after leaving AZ rally

Something strange happened at the Arizona Trump rally last week in which at least three people who were sitting behind President Trump experienced severe eye symptoms when they left.

Here’s more from AOL:

Multiple Trump supporters claim they suffered a mysterious eye injury and were forced to seek medical attention over the “unbearable” pain after sitting behind the former president during his rally in Arizona.

Mayra Rodriguez was among Trump’s most loyal backers seated in a confined portion of the right side of the stage behind the former president at Ronstadt Music Hall in Tucson on Sept. 12, KVOA reported.

Rodriguez claimed she started experiencing eye irritation when she exited the venue following the nearly 80-minute speech.

“As soon as we left and we stepped outside, my eyes were burning,” Rodriguez, a former Planned Parenthood Director/whistleblower and vocal figure in the Republican party, told the outlet.

Thinking it was just her allergies acting up, Rodriguez got in her car and began the 90-minute drive back to her home in Phoenix.

However, her eye irritation became so severe during her ride home that she rushed to the emergency room.

Once she arrived at the hospital, the “triage nurse to the PA [Physicians Assistant]” began asking her if she was “sprayed with something,” the former Hillary Clinton voter turned Trump supporter said.

“‘Are you sure you didn’t get sprayed with something? Your symptoms look like you got sprayed with something,’” she recounted the ER staff asking.

Her symptoms only continued to worsen the following day.

“I can’t see anything when I try to open my eyes. I see a bright light,” Rodriguez said. “It hurts, it hurts a lot to open my eyes. I have this cold cloth I put on and take off constantly. It’s horrible.”

Medical personnel were unable to come up with a diagnosis of exactly what caused her eye injuries.

However, Rodriguez told News 12 that a doctor explained that the venue’s lights did not cause her injuries.

KVOA reported that she was “nearly blind” when they spoke with her that Friday following the rally.

Fortunately, her vision improved on Tuesday, according to KVOA.

A brother and sister, who wished not to be identified, said they were sitting next to Rodriguez and made eerily similar claims.

“It kept getting worse and worse,” the sister told KVOA about the symptoms she experienced after leaving Trump’s rally.

“My eyes were watering a lot, my nose started running then I started feeling my face get really flushed and my neck felt like it was on fire and it just progressed from there.”

As for her brother, he described the same escalation of pain, he described as “unbearable.”

“It was all focused on my eyes, my eyes were red like hell you know, it’s unbearable. I couldn’t handle it,” he told the outlet.

I honestly don’t know that to think about this. It sounds bizarre that three known people would suffer the same symptoms. It really sounds like someone around them sprayed something in the air that, perhaps, had no scent and maybe that was the cause. Whatever it was that was super strange.
