Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican firebrand who is destined to face the lions next week on “The View”, will be a special guest.
Whoopi Goldberg dropped a bombshell on Thursday morning, as liberal hosts discussed the latest drama surrounding Washington’s shutdown of the government.
Whoopi applauded lawmakers who had allegedly found their mission again. Because you can’t be where you are without someone else putting you there.
Goldberg announced that Greene had been repeating the same message in recent weeks.
Whoopi said to viewers, “I am happy to announce that she will be here next Tuesday.”
She added, “I’m not sure how many things I and she agree on. But I do know that we all agree this shouldn’t affect the American people.”
It’s only a few weeks since the hosts of “The View” complained that GOP politicians don’t accept or ignore their invitations.
WASHINGTON DC, March 22nd, 2024: U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, (R-Ga.), speaks with reporters following her vote against the government spending bill and after filing a petition to remove House Speaker Mike Johnson.
On Oct. 14, Cheryl Hines, an actress, sat as a guest and was soon bombarded with questions about Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., her husband, HHS secretary. The hosts were still disappointed that Kennedy wouldn’t appear.
They’re afraid of us. Joy Behar snorted at the time, “It’s just like Marjorie Taylor Greene said that the Republican men are afraid of strong women.” It may apply to all political parties. If they come on, they could explain what they are trying to do for this country.
