Letitia James Threatens to SEIZE Trump’s Assets

If President Donald Trump fails to pay the politically motivated $355 million fine issued by radical Judge Arthur Engoron, New York’s Democrat Attorney General Letitia James has warned of the possibility of seizing his assets.

“If he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek, you know, judgment enforcement mechanisms in court, and we will ask the judge to seize his assets,” James told ABC News.

Trump’s business operations in New York were recently prohibited for a duration of three years due to a civil “fraud” lawsuit filed against him, his family, and the Trump Organization by James. Additionally, he was held accountable for a substantial sum of over $350 million in “damages.” James has now expressed her determination to guarantee that Trump fulfills the payment of the imposed fine.

“We are prepared to make sure that the judgment is paid to New Yorkers,” James said.

“And yes, I look at 40 Wall Street each and every day (the location of The Trump Building).

Judge Arthur Engoron of New York delivered his verdict on Friday following an extensive trial that commenced in October. The trial was a result of James’ lawsuit, in which he accused the ex-president of inflating his assets and engaging in fraudulent activities.

Engoron ruled that Trump and the other defendants were liable for “persistent and repeated fraud,” “falsifying business records,” “issuing false financial statements,” “conspiracy to falsify false financial statements,” “insurance fraud,” and “conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.”

Trump’s attorney Christopher Kise RIPPED the decision:

Kise said the court “ignored the law, ignored the facts, and simply signed off on the Attorney General’s manifestly unjust political crusade against the front-running candidate for President of the United States.”

Just hope a GoFundMe page shall be set up. If each Trump voter gives $10.00, the amount shall be paid in no time. Using a tax exempt donation will be less money for the IRS.
