Joe Rogan Rips DOJ’s Handling of Epstein files in Scathing Rant Against Trump Admin

Joe Rogan is calling foul on the Trump administration’s sudden reversal on the Jeffrey Epstein case — and he’s not alone.

On Tuesday’s episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the top podcast host questioned how the FBI and DOJ went from claiming they had “thousands of hours” of Epstein tapes… to claiming nothing exists.

“They’ve got videotape and all of a sudden they don’t?” Rogan said bluntly. “Why’d they say there were thousands of hours of tapes of people doing horrible s**t?”

He blasted what he sees as a bait-and-switch — a public campaign to raise expectations of accountability, only to backtrack when the heat got too high.

Rogan Slams Bondi’s Flip-Flop

Rogan called out Attorney General Pam Bondi directly, referencing her July 1 statement that the FBI was reviewing “tens of thousands of videos” connected to Epstein — many involving child sexual abuse.

“Didn’t Pam Bondi say that?” Rogan asked. “Like, what?”

Back in February, Bondi told reporters that the infamous “Epstein List” was “on her desk,” sparking hope that the MAGA base would finally see justice. Later, she walked it back, claiming she only meant a general file — not a list of clients.

The administration released “The Epstein Files: Phase 1” earlier this year — but it contained little to no new information, disappointing supporters who were promised full transparency.

“Just Bomb Iran and Distract Everyone”

Rogan didn’t mince words on what he thinks is really going on.

“Just bomb Iran and everybody forgets,” he said, referencing President Trump’s late June airstrikes on Iranian nuclear sites.

While Rogan endorsed Trump ahead of the 2024 election, Tuesday’s episode made it clear: he expects the truth about Epstein — not excuses.

“Everybody forgets about it,” Rogan added, accusing the administration of using foreign policy to distract from broken promises.

ICE Raids Also Under Fire

This isn’t the first time Rogan has pressed the Trump administration in recent weeks.

Earlier this month, he slammed what he described as ICE agents “raiding Home Depot parking lots” and “going after gardeners and construction workers.”

“Not cartel members, not gang members, not drug dealers,” Rogan said. “Just workers.”

The Department of Homeland Security has pushed back, saying the majority of recent ICE arrests involve individuals with serious criminal records.

But the optics of mass roundups — especially with children caught in the middle — have rattled even some allies.

MAGA Base Wants Accountability

Rogan’s podcast reaches over 10 million listeners per episode — and his growing criticism signals trouble for the administration’s messaging.

  • Full release of the Epstein files.

  • A real investigation into who enabled his crimes.

  • Justice for the victims — no matter how powerful the names involved.

Instead, they got a DOJ memo claiming there is no list, no video, and nothing more to release.

Rogan — and millions of others — aren’t buying it.

“Why’d they say that in the first place?” he asked. “Why raise expectations if it’s just going to be another government cover-up?”
