Jimmy Kimmel was seen in public Thursday for the first time since ABC suspended his late-night program.
The comedian was photographed exiting his vehicle at an office building in Los Angeles.
Public Appearance
The building was located near Beverly Hills on Santa Monica Boulevard.

It remains unclear which business Kimmel was visiting inside the building.
Law firms and other offices are housed at the location.
Kimmel appeared casual and avoided commenting to reporters.

Multiple moving trucks and a forklift were stationed at the site.
Crews were seen hauling out boxes and equipment under large tents.
Furniture was also loaded into the trucks throughout the day.

It remains unclear if the move was related directly to Kimmel’s program.
Observers speculated it could signal the end of the show’s run.
The Controversial Remarks
Kimmel was suspended after his comments on Charlie Kirk’s assassination.
He claimed the “MAGA gang” was trying to spin the shooter’s ideology.

His remarks contradicted prosecutors who said the suspect was left-wing.
Tyler Robinson, 22, has been indicted for Kirk’s murder in Utah.
Kimmel said conservatives were “desperately trying to score political points.”
The comments triggered backlash from conservatives and federal officials.
Political Fallout
President Trump celebrated the cancellation on Truth Social.
He mocked Kimmel as lacking talent and having poor ratings.
Donald Trump
FCC Chairman Brendan Carr warned Disney to address the controversy.
Carr said networks could “do this the easy way or the hard way.”
Liberals condemned the suspension as an attack on free speech.
Supporters of Kirk welcomed the decision as overdue accountability.
Ratings Decline
“Jimmy Kimmel Live!” has lost viewers steadily over the past decade.
The show averaged just 1.6 million viewers in 2025.
That marked a 37% decline compared to its 2015 audience.
By contrast, Fox News’ “Gutfeld!” averages 3.2 million nightly viewers.
The conservative program now more than doubles Kimmel’s audience share.
