An illegal migrant truck driver killed three Americans after making an illegal U-turn on Florida’s Turnpike near Fort Pierce on Tuesday, according to Fox 13 News.
The driver, identified as Harjinder Singh, a Punjabi national who illegally entered the U.S. in 2018, has been arrested and charged with three counts of vehicular homicide.
The Crash Video
Investigators revealed Singh obtained his commercial driver’s license (CDL) in California, a sanctuary state, despite his unlawful entry into the U.S.
The crash occurred when Singh attempted a reckless U-turn, leaving a minivan mangled beyond recognition and killing all three passengers inside.
Shocking video showed Singh appearing unbothered and emotionless as he exited the 18-wheeler and examined the wreckage.
The American Trucking Industry has been gutted by unregulated immigration over the past five years. These “California ” drivers are part of an eco system that puts profit over safety. That puts greed before your family.

Deportation After Charges
Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles Director Dave Kerner confirmed Singh faces deportation once state charges are concluded.
“Three people lost their lives as a result of his recklessness… Harjinder Singh is in custody on state vehicular homicide charges and immigration violations. He will no longer be able to damage and destroy the lives of Floridians and visitors,” Kerner said.
Immigration and Enforcement
The Florida Highway Patrol said it worked with ICE under the federal 287(g) program to place a detainer on Singh.
He now faces both state criminal prosecution and federal immigration enforcement.
