Police in Washington, D.C. have released mugshots of two teenage suspects charged in the murder of Capitol Hill intern Eric Tarpinian-Jachym.
The release comes more than two months after the deadly June 30 shooting, which happened just a mile from the White House.
The Victim
Tarpinian-Jachym, 21, was a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
He was serving as an intern for Rep. Ron Estes, R-Kan., at the time of his death.

Family and colleagues remembered him as a dedicated young man with a passion for public service.
The shooting occurred late at night when suspects opened fire.
Tarpinian-Jachym was killed, while a woman and a 16-year-old boy were also injured.
Police later determined the attack was targeted, though the intern was not the intended victim.
The Suspects
Kelvin Thomas Jr., 17, of Southeast D.C., and Jailen Lucas, 17, of Northwest D.C., have been charged as adults.
They face premeditated first-degree murder while armed.
Mugshots of both suspects were released to the public this weekend.

He is wanted on a D.C. Superior Court warrant for the same charge.
It remains unclear if he is related to Jailen Lucas.
Reward for Capture
The Metropolitan Police Department offers a $25,000 reward for homicide cases.
In this case, the FBI added $15,000 and the U.S. Marshals Service another $10,000.
That brings the total reward for information leading to Naqwan Lucas’ arrest to $50,000.
