‘Free Palestine’ Protestor Breaks Trump’s Security Barricade, Tries to Burn IDF Flag

A protestor managed to break through security barricades as Donald Trump paid a visit to a New York City barbershop, amid fears over how well the Secret Service can protect him.

The unknown man managed to ride a bike past barricades set up by local law enforcement and the Secret Service as Trump made an appearance in the Bronx.

As the man cycles past the barbershop he can be heard shouting ‘Free Palestine’, while waving what appears to be a Palestine flag.

He then stops on a sidewalk and adds: ‘Year after year after year. Tired of this s**t. USA, IDF, KKK.’ He also attempts to set fire to a flag but his lighter fails.

The man is then apprehended by police officers as he is questioned by bystanders about how he managed to get past the barricades.

As he is led away he adds: ‘F*** all of you!’, as he then starts screaming in the face of the officers arresting him.

He then adds: ‘Nobody is supposed to be doing this, you are all out of order. International Court of Law. As-salamu alaykum.’

A large security detail, which included a large white tent, was set up outside of the King of Knockouts barbershop ahead of the visit.

According to News12, barbers at the store had been wearing that said ‘Make Barbers Great Again’ ahead of the former president visiting the establishment.

The security breach comes after an independent panel investigating the attempted assassination of Trump said the Secret Service needed ‘fundamental reform’.

A report published on Thursday faulted the Secret Service for poor communications that day and failing to secure the building where the gunman fired from.

The 52-page findings also said that systemic issues within the agency such as a failure to understand the risks facing Trump and a culture of doing ‘more with less’.

It warned that ‘Butler can and will happen again’ unless drastic changes are brought in as to how candidates are protected.

Thomas Matthew Crooks managed to climb onto a roof of a nearby building during Trump’s rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and wound the former president.

One rallygoer was killed and two others were wounded during the attempt on Trump’s life in July. Crooks was killed at the scene by sniper teams.

Then just two months later on September 15, Ryan Wesley Routh, 58, was arrested in Florida when he fled the scene after a Secret Service agent fired at him.

Routh allegedly aimed a rifle at Trump’s detail while he was golfing at his club in West Palm Beach.

He is facing five federal charges which include the attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate.

Routh is expected to go on trial next month after he pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.

It only took moments before the former president’s security detail saw the barrel of the firearm and deterred a second assassination attempt.

The report by a panel of four former law enforcement officials from state and national government comes after investigations by the agency’s own investigators and by Homeland Security’s oversight body.

In a statement on Thrusday, the agency’s acting director Ronald Rowe said: ‘We have already significantly improved our readiness, operational and organizational communications and implemented enhanced protective operations for the former president and other protectees.’

The agency said it was looking at how to retain personnel, modernize technology and bolster training, and was working with Congress to increase funding.

Last weekend Vem Miller, 49, was taken into custody after he was stopped at a Trump campaign rally in Coachella, where he was found to have guns on him.

He allegedly presented fake VIP credentials and was found to be illegally in possession of a shotgun, a loaded handgun and a high-capacity magazine in his vehicle.

Local law enforcement say the incident was ‘probably’ a third attempt on his life, but a source close to the Trump campaign downplayed the threat to DailyMail.com.

‘There was no assassination attempt in CA yesterday,’ the source told DailyMail.com. ‘A man at a perimeter checkpoint had a gun but there was no incident.’
