Lawmakers in France are advocating for the implementation of new legislation that would enable the far-left globalist government to imprison individuals who criticize experimental vaccines like Covid mRNA shots.
On Wednesday, February 14th, a highly contentious bill was approved by the National Assembly in France.
The proposed legislation could potentially criminalize those who oppose mRNA gene therapy treatments.
This strict law was passed discreetly with minimal discussion.
It has the potential to incarcerate individuals who speak against the use of therapeutic or preventive measures (including experimental mRNA gene therapy) for a maximum of 3 years.
Those labeled as “anti-vaxxers” would also face a substantial fine of 45,000 Euros ($48,500).
The proposed bill was introduced in 2022 after a report from the Interministerial Mission for Vigilance and Fight Against Sectarian Abuses (Miviludes).
The aspect that has caused significant controversy is the addition of an offense to penalize ‘provocation to abandonment or abstention of care’.
The French government claims that this measure aims to prosecute pseudo-therapists and safeguard victims of sectarian abuses.

In the translated English version, the report states: “It was a contentious matter, but the Macron administration ultimately prevailed.”
“Article 4 is central to the new law, which was first deleted but then reinstated.
“This creates a new criminal offense and criminalizes the ‘request to stop or refrain from therapeutic or prophylactic medical treatment’ as well as ‘the request to use practices that are presented as therapeutic or prophylactic.’
“This means that any resistance to mRNA treatment (and other corporate medical methods) can be criminalized in the future.”
At first, the French government encountered difficulties in getting this new law approved.
Nevertheless, through meticulous rephrasing, it was eventually embraced with an overwhelming majority of 151 votes in favor and only 73 against, with minimal deliberation.
The French parliamentary correspondents reported:
“Brigitte Liso has therefore tabled an amendment to restore – and reword – Article 4.
“Although the rapporteur emphasized that the offense is not fulfilled ‘if proof of the person’s free and informed consent is provided,’ she also made it clear that the new wording introduces an additional dimension in the context of the protection of whistleblowers.
“The aim of the law of December 9, 2016, on transparency, combating corruption, and modernizing economic life was.
“An objective reiterated in the text of the amendment, according to which ‘information reported or disclosed by a whistleblower under the conditions set out in Article 6’ of the previously cited law ‘does not constitute provocation’ within the meaning of Article 4 of the present bill.”
On the same day the new law was approved by France’s National Assembly, opponents of the legislation turned to social media to express their reservations.
Annelise Bocquet, a prominent biologist, was among those who criticized the law.
Bocquet warns that “any opposition to mRNA-LNP injections” would qualify as a violation of the law.
