A former CIA officer is alleging that Jeffrey Epstein’s rumored “client list” likely exists but will never be released to the public due to its explosive contents and possible intelligence agency involvement.
John Kiriakou, a former CIA analyst and whistleblower, made the claims during a recent episode of Patrick Bet-David’s podcast, where he argued that U.S. intelligence agencies, particularly the CIA, are exerting control over the Epstein case and its investigations—allegedly in the name of “national security.”
“I believe that he was a Mossad access agent,” Kiriakou said, referring to Israel’s intelligence agency.“It makes perfect sense to me.”
Kiriakou previously served time in prison after revealing classified CIA interrogation tactics. He now works with Russian state-backed outlet Sputnik, but continues to speak publicly about what he sees as intelligence overreach.
“They Were Monitored”
Kiriakou pointed to claims made in Virginia Giuffre’s lawsuit, and those of five other women, which allege that Epstein’s properties—including his private island—had rooms filled with surveillance monitors, capturing all activity in bedrooms and bathrooms.
“If there were clients—and I believe there were—and they were having sex with minors… every single person who was hired to monitor those screens would have known,” Kiriakou said.
He also referenced the infamous “black book” of contacts that once belonged to Epstein and later sold at Sotheby’s, asking why the U.S. government never acted on its contents.
“I believe there was a list. There had to have been,” he stated.“Why didn’t Ghislaine Maxwell use it to save herself?”
DOJ: No Client List, No Further Charges
The interview comes just weeks after the Biden-era Department of Justice declared that no Epstein “client list” exists and that no additional individuals would face charges, despite public pressure and years of speculation.
The announcement has reignited scrutiny of the case and criticism of the DOJ from across the political spectrum—but particularly from MAGA Republicans, who argue the public is being intentionally misled to protect powerful elites.
Trump: “It’s a Hoax”
President Donald Trump has faced ongoing backlash over the DOJ’s statement, with critics on both the left and right demanding full transparency. Trump has responded forcefully:
“It’s a hoax… another distraction by the radical left and their media allies,” Trump said in a recent Truth Social post.“There is more. Much more. And they don’t want you to see it.”
Trump has called on Attorney General Pam Bondi and his administration to release all “credible information” related to Epstein, subject to court approval.
Who’s Protecting Whom?
Kiriakou suggested that the Epstein operation may have functioned as a classic intelligence blackmail scheme, where wealthy or influential targets were compromised and recorded—potentially for leverage.
He also questioned why Ghislaine Maxwell, currently serving 20 years in federal prison, never traded information in exchange for a reduced sentence.
“She’s the Rosetta Stone,” said attorney Alan Dershowitz in a separate interview. “She arranged every trip.”
