A few days ago we told you about Bucks County election officials openly defying the state’s Supreme Court ruling on counting undated or misdated ballots.
The RNC has filed two lawsuits to try and stop this from happening and here’s the latest report from Fox News this morning:

Jake Tapper covered it on his show yesterday, saying this isn’t allowed and it can’t stand:
