CIA Director John Ratcliffe says new revelations from the classified annex of John Durham’s report will soon be made public — and they will directly expose how Hillary Clinton and the FBI worked together to push the now-debunked Russia collusion narrative against President Donald Trump.
In an interview Sunday on Fox News’ Sunday Morning Futures, Ratcliffe told host Maria Bartiromo that the long-awaited declassification process is nearly complete.
“What that intelligence shows, Maria, is that part of this was a Hillary Clinton plan, but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele dossier,” Ratcliffe said. “They poured oil on the fire, amplifying the lie and burying the truth about what Hillary Clinton was really up to.”
Durham Report: FBI Ignored Clinton Intel
As Director of National Intelligence in 2020, Ratcliffe declassified documents showing that Clinton was referred to the FBI for investigation after U.S. intelligence agencies obtained a Russian analysis indicating she personally approved a plan to link Trump to Russian hacking — as a way to distract from her own private email scandal.
Durham’s 2023 report confirmed that Crossfire Hurricane agents were not told about this Clinton intelligence — a move that Durham said “undermined” the FBI’s integrity.
The now-discredited Steele dossier, funded by Clinton’s campaign and the DNC, was used to secure FISA surveillance warrants on Trump campaign adviser Carter Page. Durham also cited the phony Alfa Bank connection between Trump and Russia — also promoted by Clinton — as another unvetted claim used to mislead the public.
“Whether or not the Clinton Plan intelligence was reliable… it should have prompted far greater care and caution,” the report said.

Ratcliffe said the annex will also reveal that the testimony from Clinton, James Comey, and John Brennan is “completely inconsistent” with what the actual intelligence says.
New DOJ ‘Strike Force’ to Review Evidence
Ratcliffe noted that Attorney General Pam Bondi’s new strike force is examining how the Obama administration orchestrated the Russia hoax.
“This is a different DOJ, a different FBI,” Ratcliffe said. “It’s a real opportunity to look at how these people conspired to run a hoax—a fraud against the American people and against Donald Trump’s presidency.”
