Charlie Kirk’s Assassin Tyler Robinson Lived with Transgender Partner

Tyler Robinson, the 22-year-old accused of assassinating conservative activist Charlie Kirk, was living with a transgender partner, law enforcement sources confirmed Saturday.

The individual, a biological male identifying as female, is now cooperating fully with the FBI investigation.

Trans Partner Identified

Public records list 22-year-old Lance Twiggs at the same St. George, Utah, address as Robinson.

A relative confirmed the two were roommates but declined to discuss the nature of their relationship.

The family described Twiggs as the “black sheep” of the family who moved out at age 17.

Federal officials said Robinson’s partner has been “extremely cooperative.”

The FBI has collected text messages and other communications between the two.

Agents also seized computers and devices from the shared apartment, sending them to Quantico for review.

Authorities are examining whether the relationship played any role in Robinson’s radicalization.

Utah Gov. Spencer Cox said Robinson had been “deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology.”

Investigators are pursuing “every connection, every group, every link” to the shooting, FBI officials said.

Radicalization

Though raised in a conservative Mormon family, Robinson drifted leftward in recent years.

Cox said his political leanings became “very clear” to investigators.

Friends recalled him frequently ranting against conservatives during high school.

Robinson’s roommate provided Discord messages describing bullet casings with inscriptions.

The texts also discussed retrieving a rifle from a “drop point” and changing outfits afterward.

Those details matched physical evidence found at Utah Valley University.

Casings discovered at the scene bore anti-fascist and mocking slogans.

One casing read “Hey fascist! Catch!” while another read “If you read this you are gay lmao.”

A third casing was inscribed with “Bella Ciao,” an anti-fascist slogan popular online.

The Assassination

Kirk, 31, was answering a question about transgender shooters when he was struck in the neck.

The father of two collapsed as students watched in shock.

He was rushed to a hospital but later died from his injuries.

Investigators recovered a Mauser .30-06 bolt-action rifle wrapped in a towel.

The weapon was hidden in a wooded area about 200 yards from Kirk’s speaking venue.

Robinson had previously boasted about his long-range marksmanship, a co-worker told New York Post.

Neighbors Reaction

Neighbors described Robinson’s parents, Matt and Amber, as quiet and kind Republicans.

His father ultimately turned him in after recognizing him in FBI surveillance photos.

Robinson reportedly told his father he wanted to kill himself before surrendering.
