The bullet that killed Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk was engraved with ideological slogans linked to transgender and anti-fascist movements, according to a federal law enforcement bulletin reported by The Wall Street Journal.
ATF Bulletin Details
The internal notice, circulated among ATF agents, described the ammunition found inside the .30-06 caliber bolt-action hunting rifle used in the assassination.
A spent cartridge was still in the chamber.

Three additional live rounds were discovered in the magazine.
All bore engraved wording referencing transgender and Antifa ideology.
A Department of Justice source confirmed to the Daily Mail that the bulletin is authentic but cautioned that the “recovered evidence is still being assessed and the investigation is ongoing.”
The ATF declined to publicly discuss the details, citing the active case.
How the Attack Unfolded
Kirk, 31, was speaking to about 3,000 students at Utah Valley University on Wednesday when he was fatally shot in the neck from nearly 200 yards away.

Seconds before the shot, Kirk was answering an audience question about transgender mass shooters.
Witnesses reported a single crack of gunfire before chaos broke out in the courtyard.
Kirk collapsed as students and attendees screamed and scrambled for cover.
The FBI said the gunman fired from a rooftop perch atop the Losee Center, then jumped down and fled through campus before disappearing into a nearby wooded area.
Evidence Recovered
Rifle: A German-made Mauser .30-06 wrapped in a towel, abandoned in the woods.

Prints: Palm and footwear impressions near the sniper’s nest.
Video: Utah DPS chief Beau Mason confirmed “good footage” of a male suspect, described as college-aged, wearing dark clothing, sunglasses, and later blending in with students.

The FBI’s Salt Lake City office has logged more than 130 tips since the shooting.
Early Detentions Prove False
Authorities initially detained 71-year-old George Zinn, who bizarrely claimed he fired the fatal shot. He was quickly ruled out.
A second man, also taken into custody as a “person of interest,” was later released.
The assassin remains at large.
