Canadian Soldiers Who Refused COVID Shots Still Face Barriers to Re-Enrolment (VIDEO)

The Department of National Defence in Canada has lifted the requirement for soldiers who were previously expelled for refusing COVID-19 vaccination to wait five years before re-enrolling.

The waiver was implemented in November 2022, allowing these soldiers to rejoin the Canadian Armed Forces sooner than expected.

However, Valour Law lawyer Catherine Christensen points out that there are still barriers that these soldiers face when trying to re-enroll.

In an interview with Andrew Lawton from True North, Christensen discusses some of these challenges.
