BREAKING: Judge Cannon Grants Hearing to Probe Breach of Trump’s Attorney-Client Privilege by Jack Smith

On Thursday, Judge Aileen Cannon granted Trump’s request for a hearing to determine if Jack Smith’s prosecutors unlawfully violated Trump’s attorney-client privilege.

Jack Smith utilized a DC grand jury and a radical DC Judge Beryl Howell, appointed by Obama, in the classified documents case before discreetly moving the case to Florida to file charges.

Judge Beryl Howell consistently ruled against Trump in every instance!

In fact, Judge Howell had previously ordered Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran to testify before a grand jury in special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into classified documents kept at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Howell turned Trump’s own lawyer, Eric Corcoran, into a witness by disregarding Trump’s attorney-client privilege in a ruling.

Jack Smith had been using a grand jury in Washington, DC, to investigate Trump’s classified documents.

Suddenly, a Florida grand jury emerged and indicted Trump.

Last June in Miami, Jack Smith filed 37 federal charges against Trump.

Trump faced charges including 31 counts of willfully retaining national defense information and 6 other procedural offenses related to his conversations with his lawyer.

Now, Judge Aileen Cannon granted a hearing to determine if Jack Smith unlawfully pierced Trump’s privileged conversations with his lawyer.
