Just days after an attempted assassination of President Donald Trump, Hollywood star Barbra Streisand is making headlines with a controversial statement.
She suggests that Trump is to blame for the incident due to his behavior as a “bully.”
Streisand provided no evidence for this claim, however.
This week, Barbra Streisand shared her unconventional theory on X, suggesting that the would-be assassin, Thomas Matthew Crooks, who had been bullied in school, was driven to target “bully” Trump as a form of karmic retribution.
“Thomas Matthew Crooks was a registered Republican but as it has been reported he was bullied a lot in school. Trump has always been branded to be a bully. Maybe that’s what motivated him,” Streisand said.
At a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, former President Donald Trump narrowly avoided death when he turned his head just in time, causing the bullet to graze his right ear.
During his speech at the Republican National Convention on Thursday, Trump extensively discussed his near-death experience.
“I’m not supposed to be here tonight,” Trump said.
“I stand before you in this arena only by the grace of Almighty God,” he later added.
Unlike many other Hollywood Democrats donors, Barbra Streisand has not called for Joe Biden to withdraw from his re-election campaign.
However, she has remained notably silent on the topic since Biden’s widely criticized debate performance last month, which saw him embarrass himself in front of millions of American viewers.

Why does anyone listen to what these hateful (and usually uninformed) celebrities have to say?
Barbara is a smart as Kamala Harris and I’m being generous here.
