AG Bondi Responds to Epstein Fallout at Trump Cabinet Meeting

During a high-profile White House Cabinet meeting on Tuesday, a reporter raised the issue of the missing minute in the DOJ’s newly released Jeffrey Epstein prison footage, as well as Epstein’s alleged ties to intelligence agencies.

The question, which came just two days after Axios published a memo from the DOJ and FBI declaring Epstein had no client list, no blackmail materials, and no ties worth investigating, caught Attorney General Pam Bondi off guard — and prompted President Trump to step in mid-question.

Trump: “Are You Still Talking About Epstein?”

As the reporter asked Bondi whether Epstein had ever worked for U.S. or foreign intelligence — citing past remarks from former Labor Secretary Alex Acosta — and about the missing minute of jailhouse surveillance, Trump interrupted angrily.

“Are you still talking about Jeffrey Epstein?” Trump snapped.“This guy’s been talked about for years… You want to waste time on this while we’re dealing with Texas?”

Bondi: “Every Night the Video Has a Minute Missing”

After Trump finished, AG Bondi tried to explain the missing footage from the 10-hour Epstein surveillance tape — a minute that vanishes at 11:59 PM, just before the time Epstein was found dead.

“We released the video showing definitively— well, it was not conclusive,” Bondi admitted.“But the evidence prior to it showed he committed suicide.”

She claimed the Bureau of Prisons told her that every night the same minute is missing, due to outdated video systems “from like 1999” that “reset” nightly.

What Happened to the Epstein Client List?

Bondi was also pressed about her February Fox News appearance, where she claimed the Epstein client list was “sitting on my desk.”

Now, she says:

“I meant the file — not a literal client list. It was alongside the JFK and MLK files.”

She also attempted to clarify her claim that there were “tens of thousands of videos,” now saying they were “child porn downloaded by that disgusting Jeffrey Epstein” and would never be released to the public.

“To him being an agent, I have no knowledge about that,” Bondi added.
