Kash Patel’s Girlfriend Sues Podcaster for Claiming She’s Israeli Spy

Country singer and political commentator Alexis Wilkins, the girlfriend of FBI Director Kash Patel, has filed a $5 million defamation lawsuit against podcaster and former FBI agent Kyle Seraphin. The suit alleges Seraphin spread false and damaging claims that Wilkins was a foreign spy sent to compromise Patel.

The case was filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and has been assigned to Judge David A. Ezra, a Reagan appointee. Wilkins’ legal team argues that Seraphin acted with “actual malice,” fabricating accusations to boost his podcast audience while knowingly misrepresenting her background and relationship with Patel.

The Allegations

The complaint, filed by Wilkins’ attorney Jason Greaves, pointed to an August 22, 2025 episode of The Kyle Seraphin Show in which Seraphin said that Patel, 45, “has his own little honeypot issue.”

“He is accusing Ms. Wilkins of being a spy for a foreign government, conducting espionage to undermine our national security and/or to manipulate federal law enforcement at the highest level and even committing treason,” the lawsuit stated. “These accusations are all categorically false, and Defendant knows it.”

“He’s got a girlfriend that is half his age, who is apparently both a country music singer, a political commentator on Rumble, a friend of John Rich through Bongino, who also now owns a big chunk of Rumble, and she’s also a former Mossad agent in what is like the equivalent of their NSA,” Seraphin said. “But I’m sure that’s totally because, like, she’s really looking for like a cross-eyed, you know, kind of thickish built, super cool bro who’s almost 50 years old who’s Indian in America. Like it has nothing to do with the fact that uh we’re really close to the Trump administration.”

Greaves called Seraphin’s claims “vile and ridiculous,” emphasizing that Wilkins is not Israeli, not Jewish, and has never even set foot in Israel.

The lawsuit further argues Seraphin cannot plead ignorance, since he had “personally met” both Wilkins and Patel at a party two years earlier and was “specifically aware from that encounter that Ms. Wilkins was in a relationship with Mr. Patel.”

“Defendant has even met Ms. Wilkins and knows fully well that she is American and not Israeli, much less a Mossad agent,” the filing stated. “And he knows for a fact that Ms. Wilkins’s relationship with Dir. Patel began long before he became the Director of the FBI. Minimally, Defendant has acted negligently; however, his obvious animus toward Ms. Wilkins, combined with the inherently ludicrous nature of his assertions, is ample evidence that he acted with actual malice.”

The complaint concludes that Seraphin “knowingly, or with reckless disregard for the truth, fabricated this accusation at the expense of Ms. Wilkins to obtain personal profit, generating outrage to drive up his viewership.”

Seraphin’s Background

Seraphin first rose to prominence in 2023 as a whistleblower, leaking internal FBI materials to the investigative journalism group Project Veritas. Those documents revealed that the Bureau had considered infiltrating traditionalist Catholic groups, labeling them potential “domestic terrorists.”

The FBI retaliated against the wrong agent, Garrett O’Boyle, who was suspended and stripped of his clearance. That case was finally resolved this week, with O’Boyle receiving reinstatement, restored clearance, back pay, benefits, and damages.

The Justice Department acknowledged O’Boyle had engaged in protected whistleblowing by reporting concerns to Congress rather than leaking information.
