In a bombshell revelation, whistleblower Patrícia Lélis has accused former Trump Attorney General Bill Barr of holding secret strategy meetings with Fulton County DA Fani Willis — the Democrat prosecutor removed from the Georgia Trump case — to stop Donald Trump from returning to the White House.
According to Lélis, who worked for media figure Armstrong Williams in 2021, she attended dozens of meetings in Washington, D.C. between 2021 and 2023 where Barr, Willis, Williams, and others coordinated legal and media attacks against Trump.

The Strategy: RICO, Raids, and Media Warfare
Lélis provided handwritten notes from these meetings to Project Veritas. Among the revelations:
September 6, 2021 meeting: Barr and CNN commentator Shermichael Singleton allegedly plotted a media campaign to run parallel to the J6 Committee. Barr named targets including Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, Jeffrey Clark, Stewart Rhodes, Enrique Tarrio, the Oath Keepers, and the Proud Boys.
March 15, 2022 meeting: Barr met with Willis and Special Counsel Jack Smith, reportedly predicting the FBI Mar-a-Lago raid months before it happened.
February 27, 2023 meeting: Barr allegedly advised Willis to bring RICO charges against Trump, calling them “very difficult to defend.”
Lélis said the endgame was always clear:
“They’re very focused… on how they go to stop Trump.”
Beyond the Courtroom
Lélis claims Willis also worked with a social media team to design anti-Trump content. December 2021 notes from a meeting describe the messaging theme as “Trump destroyed democracy.”
She also alleges she was threatened by Williams after reporting the meetings and a separate visa fraud scheme to the FBI:
“Let me be clear, your time is running out… Letting you live was one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made.”
According to DOJ sources cited by Project Veritas, Barr has “put the entire FBI” on retrieving Lélis’s documents.
A Coordinated Effort
If true, the allegations suggest a bipartisan, behind-the-scenes effort between high-level legal and political actors — including a former Trump AG — to derail Trump’s campaign and prosecute his allies.
The revelations add fuel to the claims that the legal cases against Trump are politically motivated, coordinated, and weaponized.
