President-elect Trump just revealed in a post on Truth Social that he spoke with Chinese President Xi Jinping about many things, including trade, fentanyl and TikTok and seemed optimistic about the relationship.
Here’s what he said:
I just spoke to Chairman Xi Jinping of China. The call was a very good one for both China and the U.S.A. It is my expectation that we will solve many problems together, and starting immediately. We discussed balancing Trade, Fentanyl, TikTok, and many other subjects. President Xi and I will do everything possible to make the World more peaceful and safe!
I wonder if they spoke about Taiwan because it looks to be in the crosshairs by Xi. I’m honestly surprised that an invasion didn’t happen under Joe Biden’s failed term of weakness in the White House.
