Trump Announces Senior White House Staff

Preisdent-elect Donald Trump announced on Thursday that four members of his presidential campaign will be serving in senior staff positions in his second term.

Trump Campaign Senior Advisor Dan Scavino will be serving as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff. Trump Campaign Senior Advisor Stephen Miller will be Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Police and a Homeland Security Advisor.

James Blair, who served as the Trump Campaign and RNC Political Director, will serve as an Assistant to the President and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Legislative, Political, and Public Affairs. Taylor Budowich, who worked on the Trump campaign as well as served in senior roles at Trump’s Leadership PAC, Save America, and CEO of MAGA Inc. PAC, will serve as an Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications and Personnel.

“Dan, Stephen, James, and Taylor were ‘best in class’ advisors on my winning campaign, and I know they will honorably serve the American people in the White House. They will continue to work hard to Make America Great Again in their respective new roles,” Trump said in a statement.

One of the first position announcements Trump made was that of his White House Chief of Staff, a role that will be held by his 2024 campaign manager Susan Wiles.
